I used to work with CBS, so I know. He is the only one of the news anchors who will only report hard news, and that's the reason I continue to tune into him. The others will report celebrity fluff; Dan will not. But he has only so much control, since he reports to the network, who reports to the corporation. But he has paid his dues, and earned his status by reporting, as a young reporter in Dallas, in 1963, that the president was actually dead. That took courage and Walter Cronkite broke the story. Greg Palast has had praise for Dan Rather and so do I. But, I do admit, this is a funny picture and I love your caption. LOL!:D
