Questions about Wheat grass. Is it worth it?

Is it really that good for you? The say that 1oz is equivalent to 2.5 pounds of veggies.....

lacks the fiber inherant in veggies but is outrageously high concentration of chlorophyll. That's an oxygenator to every cell and molecule of your being. Has to be fresh though.

If I were to sqeeze a couple of days worth would that hurt it?

3. the fresher the better

think of how quickly cut grass browns out on the lawn. Of course it's slower in the fridge. But best is fresh.
