14. Yeah I actually read Tour of Duty
a while back when I read of it in the LA Times. Very good book and I enjoyed it a lot, and this is coming from someone who was not very interested in war.

21. I've learned to love them...my favorites
are the Jeff and Michael Shaara books on the Civil War. I love that period of time in our history :-)

22. You know I read more WWII but the Shaara family books became
good movies, I really enjoyed Gettysburg and to a lesser extent Gods and Generals. Jeff Sharra wrote a book on the revolution I believe called the Glorious Cause.

12. Che Guevara or
Varian Fry

Both incredible stories.

From being here you already know the subject and have a wonderful resource for more.

Of course you'd have to be truthful and that may force you to avoid solo walks in the woods and small aircraft.
