Fortunately you're in NYC where's a business to cater to your every need. Call 1-800-Feet-First and make yourself an appointment at the Laura Norman Reflexology clinic in Mid-town. I betcha this week there's a discount for protestors.

18. There are tons of little Chinese

Acupuncture & Massage places all over NYC (keep your eyes open, they are usually just little store fronts so not easily spotted) but I am sure Chinatown would have a lot of them.

Anyway, most of them give really inexpensive, great foot and back massages and you can usually just walk right in without an appointment. The one I go to is on 53rd Street between 2nd & 1st Avenues, just past the Local bar on the corner (That's the name of the bar, Local). Check it out, you can decide how many minutes you want and it's about $1.00/hour.

go buy some epsoms salts, baking soda, Dr Bronner's peppermint soap, and your fave oil (vitamin E or lavender). The last two ingredients are optional. The first two ingredients are "ye olde Edgar Cayce tricks."

Dissolve two parts epsoms salts and one part baking soda in warm water in the tub or a bucket (add other ingredients as so desired). Soak feet for about 10-20 minutes. Full immersion is even better for total "psychic detox."
