Help! I'm a Linux N00b!!!!
Ok, I just switched to Linux, the socialist OS, because I got tired of Trojan viruses and Outlook Express. I am running Fedora Core 2, and I have all of my Mozilla plugins working. Here's what I need now:

1) a Bittorrent client (hopefully with adjustable upload speed)

2) Is there Limewire that works with Fedora 2? When I tried installing it, it didn't work...don't have error message on hand

3) A media player (for MPEG, Quicktime- I already installed MPlayer for AVIs)

If you know where I can get this things, that would be great. RPMs are preferred, but if there aren't any I'll need some help because I'm too noobish.

1. Scheisskopf here...
And I am not a Linux n00b. Pay close attention, because you will be seeing this material again:

1. Azureus is good. Needs Java. One that is good, also, and that I use here is BitTornado.

2. Do you have Java installed, or installed correctly? Limewire does have a Linux client.

3. MPlayer or Xine. I like and use Mplayer with the KMplayer(KDE) frontend.

Where to get the RPMs for Fedora, I do not know. If you were running Mandrakelinux, I could rock your world. ;-)

2. Plus Mandrake's good for n00bs
Not saying Schelsskopf is a n00b, because I run Mandrake on my primary machine, and it's where I do most of my research, but it's easier to use than a lot of distros, but still gives you a lot of options.

3. Ooh...BitTornado?
I used Bit Tornado when I had Windows. Didn't know that there was a Linux client...
