Holy shit has this day been emotionally taxing! I have done nothing but watch, read, and listen to stuff about politics. Including the RNC. I went through every range of emotion. And I didn't even smoke pot!

I leave you all with the last emotion I have left. Glee...The republicans 'cheneyed' themselves tonight. Forget about swing voters! I bet some Bush supporters were turned off by it!

And yet the pundits were using adjectives like "powerful" and
"compelling" when talking about them. They could have used the
code words like "divisive" or "anger", but they didn't.

I hope you are correct and the majority (even a simple majority)
of Americans saw what we here in DU saw. Pure utter hate and
contempt for anyone and anything that doesn't agree 100 percent
with them.
