I talk to repukes and they talk about "How Tax Cuts/Increases will affect me", "How much safer I am because of the War on Terra". I talk to these folks and all the reasons they come up with voting for Bush is basically a "ME ME ME ME ME, MY FAMILY AND ME" FEST. It's how repuke policies will make this a btter world for "ME"

But I hear from dems over why they vote democratic and it's never about "Me" but about how to make the world better for everyone. Healthcare for everyone, education for everyone, a safer planet for everyone, peace for everyone. Dems never talk about how their life is better but how the world around them is better in some way because of democratic policies.

This is what it is all about - it's about "ME" vs. everyone

When I advocated for Gore in the school mock election, many of the people were for Bush because of "tax cuts", I have to admit though I support Kerry because a lot of his programs will benefit me but in all he will benefit everyone not just me.
