While tabling for the Young Democrats this morning at school

I glanced over at the Young Republicans table and noticed one of them was in a wheelchair. He had all legs and body parts intact so I assume the poor guy was either born with the inability to use his legs, or something happened that caused him lose the use.

I just wanted to scream at this guy "how do you do it??!" How can someone who is wheelchair bound support Bush??? just HOW? is the increasing costs in healthcare under Bush that does it? or is it the fact that Bush refuses to fund stem cell research that could eventually lead to cures for people like this??

I just don't get it I really don't I don't get how handicapped people in this country aren't all just beating the fuck outta these bastards with their crutches or their fists I just don't get it.

Anyways on the good front we registered about 5 people in the hour that I tabled for the Young Dems here at the UofA in the swingstate of Arizona.

I feel the same way when they show a black person in the audience at the RNC. It immediately takes my mind back to what happened in Florida in 2000. I just stare at the screen watching them smiling and cheering, it boggles my mind.

I've talked with people who never thought about why, they just did it because their parents did. I've converted a few that were like that. :)
