Update from Monday from Hell: Richmond flood

So, my husband and I went downtown to find my car, as the tow truck company in charge apparently hadn't gotten to it yet and the City said we could come down to the command center. Turns out the car travelled as far as 200 ft. and sits under a train tressel (it's stuck in mud).

Know what's amazing? Even though it's a total loss, guess what managed to stay on my back window? My KERRY-EDWARDS sticker!

Through thick and thin, hell AND HIGH WATER, these guys are tough cookies! :)

5. We just got the car towed to the house. They pointed out my Kerry

Edwards sticker and said "that sticker is what 'did me in.'" My husband said, 'All right, you want to get w/ politics?" and basically was like 'bring it on!'

I didn't think the money I paid them for the towing included "freeper madness."

6. I don't know about you but...

I don't know about you but I'm seeing a lot more Kerry Edwards stickers than stickers for "w" here in Richmond. I live in the city, Ginter Park, how about you?
