A question on slanted email.

Does anybody else get email that is decidely anti-dem? probably?

From people/friends, all of whom presumably don't know your political persuasion?

I am just wondering what the volume is, because speaking very un-scientifically, I feel like I see a little more than usual.

Is this phenomenon-in-general common knowledge, and has there been a step increase, or am I seeing things?

Most of the things I see are bullshit lies anyway, bogus numbers, etc., anyway.
Is it just more prevalant in some companies/offices than others?

Some of it really pisses me, I'm just kinda curious.

I am surrounded by repubs - so it's been tough for me to tell.
That's upsetting, this spewed bs is lapped up - bugs me to think of it.

until I took one of their emails and went line by line and rebuffed every one of their sleazy lies with facts. The person that sent it to me also sent it to a bunch of other people so I 'replied to all'. Everyone saw it.

7. For the occasional 1 or 2 that I'll get in work...

I found if I don't reply, they die back. I also did tell a few people, and as friends, they stopped. The ones I have less control over are the ones that come to our home acct from my wife's circle. I can't miss them.

6. Most of the crap they send

that is passed off as "facts" can be debunked at snopes.com. Type in a keyword about the email (e.g. "heinz") and a bunch of stuff will pop up.
