I hurt my wrist this morning, but I'm feeling no pain now.
This morning I twisted my ankle while going down stairs. My ankle does not hurt too bad, but when I twisted I kinda lost my balance and reached out to steady myself on the hand rail & jammed my wrist. It was hurting like hell, but after putting ice on my wrist & doing a few shots I am not hurting any more.

1. Take care with that wrist injury
my hubby jammed his playing basketball and after about a week, when the pain continued, he finally broke down and went to the doctor. He had a hairline fracture of the finger bone that connected into the wrist.
If the pain persists, have it checked out.

2. I checked with my doctor & she said to watch it.
If it's not better tomorrow I may go in.
