Faux News emailed me & said there is something wrong with my ears!

I emailed John Gibson about a remark he made about Clinton.

This is what I said - nothing personal about him at all!

"The bad news for people who dislike him (Clinton)
is that these types of operations are so successful"

This is an immoral and purely ugly thing to say. I hope you lose your job over this. (I would never wish worse for you.)


This is what he emailed back to me. I will never be the same. There must be something wrong with my ears!

gee... i was making fun of people who dislike him that much. i don't. i recognize he was lucky to catch the thing this early, he will fully recover and i wish him well. why are your ears so tuned to the worst possible interpretation?

about what he said too, and he denied saying it. Doesn't sound that way from the response he sent you.

8. you know, al franken is always playing tapes of guys like this

saying stuff like that then denying it. when they're shown the transcript, then they say the transcript is wrong...play them the tape and they shut you down.

"why are your ears so tuned to the worst possible interpretation?"-because that's how he meant it to be taken. it's his job to fiddle with words. if he's speaking off a script, he planned it that way.

it's essentially a case of "who are you going to believe? me or your lying eyes (ears, in this case)?" you can NEVER win with these 'people'.
