3. Seattle = Best offense in the NFC
The defense is young and (IMO) one year away from being elite.
They'll be playing in the NFC championship game this year.

Seattle has much more depth than Minnesota. They will withstand injury much better.

Don't get me wrong, the Vikings will be good (particularly at home) but I'm not crazy about their running game at all.

Randy Moss is great but when you figure Seattle's top 3 receivers (Darrell Jackson, Koren Robinson and Bobby Engram) are collectively better than Minnesota's.

Both teams return effective offensive lines, but Seattle has much better depth at TE with former 1st round pick Jerramy Stevens displacing starter Itula Mili. (who was as good as the Vikings starter, Kleinsasser, last year)

The real difference maker is RB Shaun Alexander. IMO.
