Can and DO they do that? I'm missing like 14 messages!

9. No, but I dumped MSN's DSL service
(which is basically Hotmail on steroids) after they lost e-mails from my customers. I got upset phone calls from Japan asking why I wasn't answering their e-mails when I had never received them.

Unlike my current ISP, which has an over-zealous spam detector and sometimes bounces e-mails from legitimate correspondents, so at least they know that the message didn't reach me, MSN just swallowed the messages without informing the senders.

That's no way to run a business, either for me or especially not for them.
