I mean, is this a betting pool, where people claim a time and the nearest one wins? and if so, what do they win? Are we going to "enter" something? Ordinarily it would be money, like 45 to pick a time. since this is virtual, what can we "bet"?
and on edit: Since this is Labor Day weekend, and there's a major hurricane going on, I am betting computer use to be lower.

OK. It'll work like this. You can submit a time and date, and then indicate if you wish to be "in", as in "I'm in".

Example.

Wed 8:20 AM - I'm NOT in.

This person just wants to play for fun.

If you put in a guess and you want to be "in" the bet is $2.00.

The payout will be 50% of the take (I believe you call it that), with the other 50% going to Kerry 04.
