6. An excellent turn of phrase.....

It's mixed sun and cloudy up here. Yesterday was rather foggy over the lakefront and cooler than further west. Just now, a slight east wind is blowing. I looked out the window and the flags on the houses across the street are flapping to the west a bit.

Very humid, though.
