What I'm cooking now
Steamed Cantonese-Style Fish

Steaming some cod in a bamboo steamer in a wok, placing dark & light soy sauces, along with some sesame oil and scallions afterwards.

On the side, stir-fried baby spinach with bits of garlic.

To drink, either a white wine or a beer.
