Saw the Neil Young "Rockin' In The Free World" F-9/11 CD single today

It's the original version of the song from the "Freedom" album, the "Weld" live version, and the original again with the final minute of dialog from the film as an intro ("fool me once...")

I loved the song from day one, particularly since Young originally used it to wipe his backside with the Pappy administration ("We've got a thousand points of light for the homeless man...")...and also because it marked the "return" of Young after the "lost decade" at Geffen.

Anyway...there you have it. Four bucks from Amazon. Worthwhile as a souvenir of America's days of humiliation under the Boy King.
