I saw "Garden State", ask me anything.

Wow. Man. Wow. I just have to say "Garden State" is probably (aside from F9/11) one of the best films of the year. It was one of the most honestly funny, poignant, and heartfelt films I've seen in quite a while. Natalie Portman and Zach Braff are incredible together. Their scenes display an intimacy that makes you feel like your actually peering into two peoples' lives rather than watching a movie. The final scene between Braff and Ian Holm (who plays Braff's father)reminded me of conversations I've had with my own father. Go out out and watch this film, because it'll catch you by surprise and remind you why you love movies.

Great movie. I loved it. The soundtrack is great, too -- that Frou Frou song has a major effect on me.

I just can't wait til this comes out on DVD..
