dumb question for women re: men's casual summer clothing
...specifically, "muscle shirts" or whatever the hell they're called, or any kind of sleeveless t-shirt. So, does the sight of big manly biceps make y'all swoon???

In advance of any replies I'm guessing most will answer no, or just possibly something on the order of "if the guy's fit they're fine but a fat pig's still a fat pig".

I'll further guess it's a silly male body image thing wherein some of us hope that women will salivate & other men will flee in terror in the face of all the manliness on display.

Comments, please?? Is there some common personality type on display when guys wear these that you've noticed, or am I just being silly to bring it up?

p.s. I don't wear 'em, just not my style. I stick to plain ol' undecorated pocket t-shirts when it's warm. Simply wondering why the hell other people do...

2. I live in Texas and it's HOT ....
so I guess I can understand guys that wear muscle shirts when they're outside exercising, playing frisbee with their dog, whatever. HOWEVER we have this stuff called AIR CONDITIONING and I don't appreciate seeing a guys hairy pits and hairy legs in a restaurant.

3. Common personality type displayed via the "wifebeater"
Knucklehead. Wise women steer clear. May attract damaged women with self-destructive tendencies.

Notable exception: Russell Crowe or any other sweaty Australian

4. I think of those sleeveless t shirts
for guys on motorcycles and lots of tattoos. ala "The Wild One" the Marlon Brando film from 1952 or something. I don't like the look at all. I know I am not being PC here, but in my area of the country, they have the name "dago tshirts." Not a good thing to wear unless you want to identify yourself as a motorcycle "Hells Angels" type. The other type who wears them is a drunk, fatass, sweaty guy cutting the grass on a 100 degree day. Also not a pretty picture. I am glad to hear you don't wear these things.
