Yes it's the old Reagan "look at how compleecated them tax laws are" trick.

1. No caption, but a comment...
Of course the tax code is complicated...first, you have to be able to read AND comprehend. Second, if you are rich, the laws don't apply anyway...

2. Ouch!

Third, the rich get tiny little parts put in to protect them from them EVIL taxes 'cause they aren't the "lucky ones" who don't pay taxes....er....don't pay them net not that they don't pay them like those .........uh........poor people.

The tax code is WAAAYYYYY more complicated than that. He isn't even holding up tax court decisions.

The Tax Code will NEVER be simplified, it would take FAR too much power away from Congress. The Tax Code is where rewards are given and punishment meted out........
