That's pretty much the phases I went through with Buffett although I only made it to level 2, and stopped well before 40. I disagree that all of his music is crap, I think the old stuff is interesting, but certainly the last 20 years have been blantant salesmanship. Particularly that crap from this year, pandering to country music fans, and the yearly greatest hits or live CD with 2 new tracks out of 20 that he sells for $25, knowing that a couple million idiots will still buy it. He's been phoning in the "creativity" for a long long time.

And I disagree with calling the Beatles a boy band - though certainly they were in the beginning. But McCartney - yeah, you got nailed righteously, Sir Paul. Phhhpppppptt.

Only thing I'd do is take off GE Smith because he just isn't big name enough, and put in Morrisey or Seal or Bon "I suck" Jovi.

And take out Bob Weir and put in Billy "I Totally Suck Fucking Ass, Man, I mean I Totally Suck and have a HUGE Ego and No Talent" Joel.
