4. I do play roller hockey every now and then

and as far as the NHL is concerned, there is no way to know for sure until the current collective bargaining agreement expires in a couple of weeks...I am hopeful (though not wildly optimistic) that something will be worked out before then. If not, there's always next year.

I am well aware that the NHL is going through hard financial times, but you don't address financial hardship by drying up your revenue source, unless you're bu$h*.

I haven't heard anything good up to this point. Some of my friends with claims of inside information form the NHL Official's Camp indicate a long protracted stike is inevitable. Many of the players are signing contracts for European teams as a backstop. Not sure how these people expect us to go through another strike with the fan base as weak as it is.

I will be playing as much as my old body allows and following a couple of friends at the ECHL level and watching local college teams.

6. Do you have any other jerseys, or is this your only one?

I've got some obscure ones in my closet -- L.A. Ice Dogs (long defunct WHA team, and the league is defunct, too), the Soviet Army Team (a gift from my wife!), an original Nordiques road, and an original Winnipeg Jets road.
