Like saying that ChiChi's is producing fajitas of mass destruction. He'd have Colin Powell testify on that before the U.N. All of his cabinet stooges would spread some variance of the subject coast to coast until Mexican food lovers would be convinced that ChiChi's does indeed have fajitas of mass destruction.
