Yeah...I'm sick of the kitty pics. Cats are the lowest animal on earth...I have more affection for a cockroack. I would rather have an intestinal worm than a cat. I've been a good boy and let all the cat posts slide but I think I'll let you know how I feel about them since you won't stop with the cat posts...I can voice my opinion too whether you like it or not since I'm not attacking anyone.
Cats don't love you...they don't even like you,they allow you to feed them and would rather you didn't shelter them since they would much rather be outside screwing the other cats in the neighborhood till the damn things are running amok. Why would anyone prefer a cat to a dog....DOGS LOVE YOU,they would lay down their life for you...cats just want to scratch up your furniture and spit up their damn fur balls and eat your food. I LOVE animals...all animals except for cats...I don't want to hurt them or kill them but I don't want them around either.

And BTW, my cats adore me. Right now I have two of them sitting on my desk, purring at me with adoration in their eyes. And when I go upstairs, there are two more who immediately come running when I show up, who are on my lap constantly whenever I sit down, and follow me around wherever I go.

We've got both. And I like both, and like having both around, for different reasons. But I gotta be honest with you -- the dog alone is every bit as much effort and expense as all four of the cats, and we only paid $100 to adopt him from the shelter where we got him. I like snakes, too, and there are some birds I think are very attractive and would consider getting ... but between four cats and a dog, it would be sadistic one way or the other, bringing in animals the existing crew would damage.

And one of our cats, personality-wise, is less than one standard deviation off the dog as far as loyalty, personality and affection.

My suggestion to you is don't get a cat -- and use the 'ignore thread' function when you see a cat thread, since they're not going to stop just because you don't like cats. Believe me -- I've been hanging around this joint for over three years, now, and there were always cat threads, dog threads, and even corn snake threads. I very much doubt that will stop just because you don't like cats.

Birds are NOT house pets.They belong outside.To much noise and they sling bird poop around.

I have had several dogs.Now i have a beautiful,sweet and loving girl beagle that is white and copper (not normal beagle color like my last dog...who i still morne).MY little girl has pink above her nose and some pink on her mouth.She is totaly spoiled.Sprals out on my bed,steals my blanket and clothes,and jumps so high trying to reach our food that i have to constantly make shure everything is pushed far enough back that she can't possibly get it...or else she will get it.
