I've been seeing this decal on 4X trucks. Shaped like a handgun

with a stripe and a star where the handle would be? Anyone seen this?
It seems to be on a lot of bad boy trucks down here in SoCal. You know, the trucks usually driven by assholes who are compensating for their "shortcomings".
What does that decal stand for?
