So, I called in sick tomorrow
I know it isn't honest. But I'll be working this weekend. And the Hockey game starts at four. If I went back to town, I wouldn't have the gas to stay here, or the money to watch it in a pub.
So, I'm staying - man now THAT'S justification.

Hockey > Work

Always keep that in mind, I've called off work plenty of times for hockey.

3. When you're really sick, you don't

feel like going to work, right?

5. I had a friend whose co-worker used to call in all the time
and say he was having 'eye problems.'

When my friend expressed some sympathy with the guy for all the ocular inconvenience, his co-worker said, "ah, that was bullshit -- what I really meant was I just couldn't see making it in to work!"

Ba dum tish! Thank you, thank you, I'm here all week!
