2. At first, I thought this was going to be a funny riddle
If this is a serious question.... It's ripe when your old stash runs out and you can't stand looking at the shiney crystals just dripping off the bud leaves screaming "smoke me", or about two weeks from when you changed the light timing to the flowering cycle, whichever comes first. Watch out for spider mites!

3. Not that I know anything about it.....
..but sources tell me when 80% of the hairs have turned red you should harvest. If you really want to be technical, you should buy a loope (sp) Tiny microscope thingy, and look at the crystal on the bud. When the crystals are an amber color they are good to go. The clearer the crystals the more "up" type of high. The more you let them darken, the more "couch lock" type high you will get.
Again, I don't know anything about it.

12. Someone's done a bit of reading!
This is exactly what all the experts say.

Not that I'd know anything about that or anything... just heard some friends talking one time. Yeah... that's the ticket.

6. A bit of advice,
When you go to harvest, pull the whole plant, and then hang it upside down to dry for 3-4 days. This allows the sap to flow down to the the buds and stay there.

8. Sap? come on now - that has nothing to do with it
ripening has to do with the chlorophyl converting within the plant

13. Let it cure
I harvested a crop once, but the stuff smoked harsh and seemed to be crap. I put it in a cardboard box in my closet and forgot about it. I even let the stupid cats eat some. Months later when I was out I decided to look it over again. It was the sweetest, most awsome stuff ever. The cats were angry I raided their stash, but I did grow it after all ...
