Israel Kamakawiwo'ole Somewhere Over The Rainbow & What A Wonderful World
Anyone here his version? I know it's on the Meet Joe Black soundtrack, and Finding Forrester. Awesome song! Check it!

7. There's more IZ in the new NBC show "Hawaii"
in the one that aired this past weekend (pilot?), right after the hostage situation was (inevitably) resolved, you heard "Hawai'i '78", basically our state motto "Ua mau ke ea o ka 'aina i ka pono" delivered in IZ's inimitable falsetto. (The '78 refers to the year of our constitutional convention that made 'olelo Hawai'i an official language alongside English.)

Props to the only mainlander I know of who can spell "Kamakawiwo'ole"!! :-)
