Beyond that...
Willow Rosenberg (Buffy)
Just about everyone else in the Buffyverse
The entire Bluth family (Arrested Development)
The entire crew (including passengers) of Serenity (Firefly)

I like ensembles, I guess.

On edit: And Joss Whedon. He's had a few duds (the Slayerettes and Adam come to mind) but most of his characters are great.
