1. Honey mustard or nuthin'!

BBQ sauce is ok if I can't get honey mustard but it just doesn't come close. Hell I would eat honey mustard sauce with a spoon just by itself. I've been known to dip fries in it too.

If the sauce is good and "mayonaissey," I'll use it. But sometimes I don't want any sauce - I want to taste the actual chicken.

The best honey mustard sauce I ever had was at Junior's here in Brooklyn. It's not really mayonaisey (if that's even a word), but it still manages to be creamy. It's like liquid crack, LOL.

I've tried reproducing it at home but I just can't seem to get the consistency right. The recipe is in the Junior's cookbook:

There is good honey mustard sauce that you can buy but when eating at a restaurant I have found that honey mustard sauce varies from delicious to disgusting. BBQ sauce varies a lot too.
