It's in our genes. We must make fire. We must cook with fire. We lust and we grunt and we pass gas with pride. We are men. We don't always think with our brain and we don't always dress perfect; but we are men. We do have our moments though. We're strong when you need us to be; we're soft when it's important; and we do often listen -- even when you don't presume so.

We are men. We're different than you, but again somewhat the same. Sure, we like to kill what we eat, but we like fine dining, too. Yes, we like to drive fast, but sometimes the scenic route is best. So, we are men. And yes, it can be bad. But it can be good, too. Not to get too involved with a sports analogy, but men are like a baseball season. No one leads from April to October and then wins the World Series. All teams go through winning streaks and losing streaks. We have batting slumps and bad days on the mound. We have injuries and sickness; and days off for rain. But come September we are focused. That's when we shine. We come out of the dugout, ready to play ball. And whether we win or we lose, we can't have regrets.

We're just men. And we give it our best.
