Things seemed pretty bad lately (bad week) but then again, things could always be worse. What kind of work do you do? Im interesting in being a youth coach for the fall.

Currently a Sous Chef in a pretty busy bistro type place. Very busy on Saturdays, and Saturday is my lonnnnnng day.
I'll go in around 8:00 - 8:30 this morning, and won't get home till about 11 tonight. :(

I know exactly how you feel.

I work on a Cruise Ship as a waiter and it was extremely stressful. However, I also noticed that the cooks worked just as hard as the waiters. They would be there at 9 in the morning and wouldn't leave until 11 at night.

Food preparation sure is a bitch, ain't it?
