Due to my careful search for an honest, reliable and sincere business
partner, I got your contact from the internet, well I don't know you
neither have I see you but I was well convince from were I got your
contact that you are a responsible fellow, so I ask if you can be
trusted not to break an agreement? I have read of your previous
business successes and am impressed with your ability to make
something out of nothing.

Still, it took me time to make up my mind to contact you and to offer
you this proposal of mine of which my whole life depends on.

Please, my name is Osama Bin Laden, former business associate of
SADDAM HUSSEIN,the leader of IRAQ. I am 54 years old and presently
residing in NIGERIA under political asylum. Before 2000, I was engaged 
in a business partnership with Saddam Hussein, in which I aided his
Republican Guard units in military training and acquiring weapons in
exchange for 50% of the oil rights to the country of Iraq.

After 2000, Mr. Hussein tried to take away my oil rights to which I am 
holding the original  paperwork. This paperwork would be held legal
and valid in any court of international law. At the age of 54 years
old,i am left with this huge amount of oil that is legally mine, and
no way to force Mr. Hussein to turn over to me what is my rightful
due. He is an infidel who should be struck dead.

I need a partner who will help me by transferring to me the sum of 81
BILLION (US DOLLARS) for payment to me for my legal expenses in
securing the rights to the oil wells. Your compensation for your
immediate assistance is 8% of the total money as soon as it arrives in 
my bank account  while 2% will be for any local and international
expenses that will occur during the transfer. I will also offer you
and your business partners a 33% share in the rights to the oil fields 
I acquire the rights to once Mr. Hussein can no longer interfere with
me.
