For the first time in 38 years of life, I'm in a position where I actually have enough money to do things like donate to the DNC.

Prior to getting my new job last month, I had spent my entire adult life drifting from one low-paying, dead-end job to another. But finally, I got a job that pays enough not only to cover my bills, but I also have something left. And I don't mind telling you, it's a damned good feeling! :bounce:

9. It's the same kind of work I had done on the job I lost in July.

Delivery driving for a drugstore. While it's not exactly my dream job, I do like being out on the road all day with the CD player going, and not constantly having a boss breathing down my neck.

Suffice it to say, if I have to work a day job, it might as well be what I'm doing now!
