What's your favorite steer?
Of course, I love the delicate marbling of a Wagyu. The Charolais has to be a close second, though.

5. The black and white one!
The answer given me by my trainer as I rode into herd to pick out a steer to cut. I was learning to cut, the proper cut is very important but all the steers were black and white. He thought he was real funny. In the mean time I picked out one I thought was lively and proceeded to get left in the sand.
