Driver Causes Crash At DUI Checkpoint
Man Facing Felony DUI Charges

ROSEVILLE, Calif. -- A man was injured after causing a chain-reaction crash at a DUI checkpoint over the weekend.

Police said the checkpoint was clearly marked.

"We had a cone pattern set up, we had an arrow board directing traffic to the lefthand side of the road ... we had a DUI checkpoint sign as well," Roseville police Sgt. Kelby Newton said.

Harrison suffered a head injury and was taken to a an area hospital. One other person was injured.

Police said Harrison is facing felony drunken driving charges and could face additional charges because he was driving on a suspended license stemming from another DUI incident.

That is sad. I can't say that I haven't been guilty (but not caught) of that before but THANK GOD I never hurt anyone (or got caught). Not anymore .
