1. What is it?
I can figure out the "ureth" part and it seems obvious that it has something to do with Mr. Winky, but, what, exactly, is the procedure? And why was it necessary?

2. Urethroscopy? Girlie Guy stuff. Ever have a bone marrow sample taken?
They drill a hollow needle into your hip. That's not so bad. When they suck out the marrow with the syringe, the vaccuum that it creates inside the bone is enough to make you scream. It sends chills down my spine just remembering it. And it's been two years.
