It's about the amendment about declassifying Scowcroft report which urges stronger CIA director.

Kennedy, then Graham up supporting it. Graham says too much classification of docs. Kennedy wants to have it shared with members.

Cochran (R-Miss.) arguing against.

It's the Homeland Security--Kenneday Amendment

1. Didn't catch her, but saw Kennedy and Graham.

Apparently each sen has 2 minutes. Both sens are pi**ed!

Graham said we have been subject to way to many things being classified by this admin, and it's making us less safe.
