1. I'd have hooked a chain around Madison Square Gardens during the RNC
and hauled them all right into the Hudson River

2. To climb hills
That's the best use for it in big trucks for an engine that doesn't have a lot of horsepower. Some people still prefer to keep the RPMs up there nice and high to climb hills. I say it's six or half dozen of the other.
