And everyone says that the soldiers don't care about killing babies:
Edited on Tue Sep-14-04 11:34 PM by YellowRubberDuckie

"There's so many things going on in the world

Babies' dying-Mother's crying

How much oil is one human life worth?

And what ever happened to peace on earth.

We believe everything they tell us

They're gonna' kill us---So we gotta' kill them first

But I remember a commandment

Thou shalt not kill

How much is that soldier's life worth

And what ever happened to peace on earth?

And the bewildered herd is still believing

Everything we've been told from our birth

Hell they wouldn't lie to me

Not on my own damn TV

But how much is a liar's word worth

And what ever happened to peace on earth?

WILLIE NELSON

Click here: http://www.voy.com/178771/10110.html to read the text. I've included the song Willie Nelson wrote about the war in Iraq.

This makes me so sad. Damn Bush. Damn him to hell.

1. Oh man....
That tears at my heart... The two pictures that tear at me the most from this war are little children... what did they ever do to deserve this? NOTHING. Awful, gut-wrenching. I cannot imagine how these soldiers can come home and live with what they've done for the rest of their lives...

3. It just flat out sickens me after all this bullshit, anyone could willing
willingly* support Bush. In english class today when we presented our power points, this english girl bless her soul said well my politics are pretty much get Bush out, I smiled heh, then I nearly puked when a kid, a nice guy and a Mexican immigrant at that too said he liked Bush, saddened me, how could anyone after the bs we been through in our young but not so innocent years support this coward. November 2004 will be a great or tragic day for the country, that is for damn sure.

4. Thanks for the Willie lyrics
He wrote those when campaigning for DK, and I posted them last xmas when it was released.

Saw him perform it live on the web for a DK fundraiser... Wish it got airplay. :-(

And there is nothing I can add as far as the picture goes. Its quiet anguish and echo of futility speaks for itself.
