Any Emmy predictions yet?
I don't have many predictions--but A LOT of fears!

I fear they are going to give John Ritter an Emmy.

I fear Sex and the City will win, as will Sarah Jessica Parker

I fear the Sopranos will wiin acting awards, but not best drama. In my view, it's the other way around.

I do have one prediction--Angela Lansbury will NOT show up. She's in the best supporting category--her 11,000 nomination. Why bother? They Emmys obviously aren't about acting anyway. Some pretty talentless people won out over her over the years!

1. "Angels in America" will get every award it's nominated in.
That's the only sure prediction.

3. That's true!
I have yet to see it. I saw only a snippet once and thought Meryl Streep was yet again dreadful. She is so over the top in everything!

"Monk" will win, and that's good.
But as a comedy, and that's unfortunate.

4. I think it's got a few, but I recall lots of critics being pissed over its
apparent absence in the top categories.

5. There will be a heart wrenching tribute to someone dead
and everyone will cry (some will be croc tears, 'cause they could never stand that person when they were alive)

6. You know, I really miss the phrase "crocodile tears!" Bring back
communism so the Russians can use that phrase again!
