Another Cat Thread-this time BIG CATS!
Imagine that you are a South African bush pilot. You fly in some critical medical supplies, enjoy a quick lunch at the hospital. It's a stifling 100 degrees in the shade and you're eager to get back up to the cool, high blue yonder.

On the way back to your plane, you discover that the only bit of shade within a mile has become very popular...
You start calculating the distance to the plane door...and wonder, do I feel lucky today?

I think I'd feel just lucky enough that I saw a lion pride up close and personal like this even once in my life.

Forget worrying about getting back to the plane.

5. Great photo! All you gotta do is wait it out---the shade's eventually
going to move away and they'll seek it elsewhere!

12. So cats and lions ARE related!
The pilot should put a giant newspaper on the ground a safe distance from the plane and make like he's about to start reading it. In no time flat, it will be covered with lions. Guaranteed!

13. what about using bitter apple spray?
The kind you get from the pet store to keep cats away from where they shouldn't scratch. Couldn't you just keep spraying it and they would all run away, right?
