UW Student Accused Of Fake Ticket Scam
MADISON, Wis. -- A Madison fraternity member is accused of reaping hundreds of dollars by posting phony parking tickets on cars.

Anthony Gallagher was charged with a misdemeanor charge of obstructing an officer Monday.

Authorities said the ticket was almost an exact copy of a ticket Gallagher receive last February from the university police. Even the citation number was the same.

Prosecutors said Gallagher established a post office box to receive payments for the $40 tickets and had put payments in a separate bank account.
