5. Who is coaching the Lions these days? They look like they have some

SERIOUS talent, at least on the offense side of the ball. I didn't really understand what all the hype on Harrington was, but I saw one or two of his last games at Oregon and one or two Lions and was very impressed. He's got some power/accuracy and quick release on his arm that is rare even in NFL QBs. And now he's got WR talent too... Could be nice...

Well, Charles "Crunchy" Rogers got broken up on the first offensive series of the year. He'll be a good one if he can ever, you know, actually play a complete season. So far, we're 0-for-2.

BTW, the best NFLer ever from Saginaw, Terry McDaniel, is a Saginaw High alum as is Rogers and as is my SO, Polly. I went to Arthur Hill, which has never produced a notable pro football player. But it did turn out NBA slam-dunk champ Jason Richardson.
