I agree with Senator Kerry, and ?
Not only should we have UN members overseeing elections in Iraq, we could also use a little help in Florida.

example: Florida police treat an accicent with an injury as a crime scene. They keep the road closed for hours. Can you imagine the CHP doing that on the Santa Monica Freeway during rush hour? It happens here. I have seen the Clearwater Causeway down for eight hours due to a fatality. They won't even remove the body in a timely fashion. Alledgedly it is to protect the insurance companys from a lawsuit by those evil trial lawyers.
