What's your favorite way to refer to bush?

Mine is never to honour him with a capitalized initial. Same goes for cheney.

Of course there are many who use the asterisk--Inspired, I must say.

Others simply call him "the chimp-in-chief" or the like.

What else does everyone use consistently instead of "Bush"?

On edit, I refer to him that way only when he's lying about something inconsequential. When he's lying about something of import, I try to use his correct and full name... just in case someone at the ICC is reading....
