4. turkey on a Kaiser roll with lettuce/tomato/spicy mustard
and a chocochipcookie...water for the beverage...and all this because I left my Imperial Vegetables leftovers from last night in the fridge as I walked out the door...D'OH!

ham sandwich- a change from my normal pb&j
pepsi (we don't have a coke machine) my assistant bought for me (she asked me if I wanted one...who am I to turn her down?) instead of the normal water.

7. Mexican Black Bean Chili.
For all of you crock pot users, I picked up the Cooking Light crock pot cookbook for $10 at Harris Teeters. This is the first thing I've done from it. Very, very good. Also, it's vegetarian for those of you who would be interested in that detail.

The Crockpot is the greatest modern cooking invention.

Also, water, pretzels and an apple
