Pat Dinizio was on his "Living Room" tour. Saw him play in a friend's backyard What a great show!

3. Nope. Just Pat
After hearing him, I realized he was pretty much the whole band. Singer, songwriter & guitarist.

5. don't sell the other members short.
I don't think Pat D would agree with your characterization. Dennis Diken is a phenomenal drummer. Jim Babjak on guitar and Mike Mesaros on bass shine too.

7. so once I was in a punker bar
in my punk days, and I ended up sitting with a guy who said he was in the Smithereens, and actually showed me his driver's license to prove it. Unfortunately I was in a ""commercial bands suck" phase and had no idea who he was. (well, assuming that he was in the band) Now I could kick myself - as I realized how great a band they were.

for some reason, guys were always claiming they were rock royalty and pulling out their licenses. Another guy said he was Charlie Watts son and wanted to call him to prove it. :eyes:

never understood that. I mean, if someone can't just like you for yourself, why bother?
