1. No.
Tell me, how are the Emmys relevant when 99% of TV sucks?

13. Gary Shandling and Jon Stewart got in some good digs.
You MUST watch to see what Jon Stewart had to say - George Washington being slimed by 'Delaware Boat Veterans for Veracity'. One of the best things I've ever seen.

Plus, Gary Shandling said 'if conservatives want homosexuals to stop having sex, for pete's sake, let them get married! That should stop it.'

15. That was CLASSIC, the Washington ad.
"What kind of person stands up in a boat? That's just bad boatsmanship..."

16. honey, don't let 'em get ya down
ck. out the thread on general discussion.

The comedians make these 'actor love fests' worth watching usually...and they get their digs in at the bushies.

18. Awsome!
We get them on tape delay here in California. So far the pre-show is booooooooring!

and I love awards shows.

I don't know if I can stay awake to watch.

23. the pre-show sucked
and Shandling's opening stank to high heaven!

But there were a few great speeches :-) And I'm just glad that the show I hate most didn't win a thing!!!!!!!!

20. No and no.
I rarely watch TV so I honestly wouldn't know the shows that are winning/have been nominated anyway.

And that whole celebrity/red carpet thing isn't really up my alley anyway.

21. Curb Your Enthusiasm: snubbed.
Arrested development: psh.

That's all I have to say, cause I dislike serious drama, thus 90% of the show is meaningless to me.
